Theodore & Rosemary Prosser

Theodore R. (Ted) Prosser and Rosemary Prosser met in religion class during their teens and later on a school bus. Rosemary hinted to one of ted’s friends that she would appreciate Ted inviting her to his military ball. However, Rosemary never heard from Ted until after the ball because he didn’t like to dance. Rosemary got even with him by making Ted take her to the Senior Prom.
Despite this, they continued to date and were married on October 20, 1948.
Rosemary turned 19 on July 11, 1948, and wouldn’t marry Ted until he was 19 as well. Ted turned 19 on October 19, 1948, and they married the next day.
They had 10 children, 16 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great-grandchild. Ted and Rosemary still live in their own home and celebrate many family outings together.
