A Huddle-Up with Our Heroes

A number of people have asked when we will resume our community events— those times we come to your backyard in person. Our plan is to start those up again in early spring next year. But in the meantime, we want to do something to stay in touch with you in a more direct and personal way than email, text, etc. Given all that’s going on organizationally right now, these monthly Zoom events seem to be our best idea. They don’t replace the in-person events; they just substitute for them for a few months.

Day at the Capitol

Can you imagine what a day devoted to connecting you with your state government might look like? That's what the Day At The Capitol is!

Listen to key legislators and other influential leaders speak and answer questions about legislative priorities during this session. Learn about the heritage of our state capitol and participate in an exclusive question and answer time with WFC president Julaine Appling. This day wouldn't be complete without an opportunity for you to connect directly with elected officials, up close and personal.

LEAD Wisconsin

At LEAD WI, teens are equipped to become effective godly leaders who engage the culture from a Biblical perspective

Through a leadership simulation high-school campers have the opportunity to experience the roles of community leadership first-hand in their state capitol. Mix that in with engaging Biblical worldview discussions, faith-building worship, compelling chapel, a hearty dose of recreational activities, and cultivating lifelong relationships throughout the week…and just like that you’ve got a pretty good idea of what LEAD WI looks like!
