Church leaders SHOULD: In their official capacity church leaders should feel free to speak about political issues. In their personal capacity church leaders should feel free to support or oppose candidates as well as legislation.
Church leaders SHOULD NOT: In their official capacity church leaders should NOT support or oppose candidates for elective public office.
