They enjoyed traveling after retirement for many years, going south for the winter and returning home for the summer. They did this for many years until a few years ago when they were not able to drive the distance.

They still live independently and enjoy spending time with family and friends.

Marriage Advice: After 72 years of marriage, there is definitely more than one piece of advice, “travel when you can, compromise, have faith, always take care of one another and the most important marriage advice, never go to bed mad.”
