We married very young, she was 17, I was 20 and had children soon after. We have 4 children, 10 Grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. We had nothing and no plans for what we wanted to do. We struggled a lot during the early years. In our mid 30’s we finally turned our lives and our marriage over to God. He has sustained and led us over these many years. We are looking forward to our 72nd anniversary.

Marriage Advice: Love your partner; not just with the worlds view of love, but the biblical meaning of love. True love is more than just an emotion, you must show it with your life and your actions, every day, and even on those days when we are not loveable.
