The central message of Easter is redemption and restoration. By Christ’s sacrifice and shedding of His blood on the cross, mankind has a Savior that has paid the price—has redeemed and restored us.  By His resurrection, He has secured us a place for eternity with our Heavenly Father and with Him, our brother by adoption.  Julaine Appling, president of Wisconsin Family Council, says in Easter we see once again how the family is the very heart of God.
