Wisconsin’s Fall Partisan Primary Election

Tomorrow is Wisconsin’s fall partisan primary election. For those who haven’t voted early in-person or by absentee, the polls are open from seven a.m. to eight p.m. Wisconsin still has election-day registration at the polls for those who have lived in the state for at least twenty-eight days prior to the election. State law requires that voters show photo identification when they come to the polls. Sample ballots, registration information, polling locations and more are available at myvote.wi.gov.

As Christians we have a stewardship responsibility as citizens. There’s a sense in which our heavenly citizenship requires that we do right by our earthly citizenship. In America that includes voting as we participate in the republican form of government God has given us. We encourage all eligible voters to honor God with their votes tomorrow.
