US Circuit Court of Appeals Weighs In on “Gender Therapy” Bans

This gender therapy ban is on track to goto SCOTUS

Last week, the Sixth US Circuit Court of Appeals ruled in a two to one decision that a recently enacted ban on gender-confused minors receiving hormone therapy and puberty blockers could be enforced while the issue goes through the courts. This same court ruled in the same way in July on a similar case in Tennessee. Currently at least twenty states have enacted similar laws. This issue is most certainly on track to reach the US Supreme Court.

Mainstream media calls these so-called “treatments” “gender-affirming care.” In reality these are powerful drugs given to healthy minors to inhibit natural growth processes. That’s not health care and it’s not treatment. What medical professionals are affirming is a lie as they subject these young people to lifelong and often debilitating effects from these drugs.
