Sixteen States Unite to Save Parent’s Rights

Leaders must stand against this evil.

Sixteen states have united to preserve parental rights and protect children in a recent appeal made to the US Supreme Court. The states are fighting to reverse a Ninth Circuit decision that upheld a horrific Washington state law that allows state shelters to harbor run away children without notifying their parents. In addition, these shelters have the legal right to provide these children with life-altering transgender surgeries and abortions without parental consent. State leaders have dubbed the action “state-sanctioned kidnapping.’

The existence of this law has served as a wake-up call for parents and state leaders who wish to preserve parental rights across the country. This law is blatantly unconstitutional and morally wrong. Although Wisconsin leaders have not joined this coalition, we’re thankful for the state attorneys general who are standing against this evil.
