Education Remains One of the Top Election Issues

Voters in the United States are overwhelmingly "dissatisfied" with how public schools handle issues of race, sexual orientation and gender identity, according to a recent poll commissioned by the progressive teacher advocacy organization American Federation of Teachers, according to Christian post. The poll took place in May in seven battleground states including Wisconsin. The poll also found voters have more confidence in teachers and parent organizations than in teachers’ unions and that voters put the politicization of education as a top education concern.

Education remains one of the top election issues for voters. During COVID shut down, the wizard behind the curtain was exposed, and many parents plainly saw what and how their children were being taught in government schools and they didn’t like it. This union-commissioned poll verifies that the distrust parents have in public education is significant.
