Wisconsin Family Council believes that a key element in restoring a culture’s society is raising up Christians who are equipped with godly character to be leaders in their families, schools, and professions. Julaine Appling, president of WFC, visited LEAD Michigan in 2019. She observed LEAD MI in action and was struck by the unique and dynamic experience it offered. She knew Wisconsin Family Council needed to bring the program to Wisconsin.

And now, here we are!

Mission Statement: Equipping teens to become effective godly leaders who engage the culture from a Biblical perspective.

Not your typical summer camp!

At LEAD WI, we believe the best time to start being a leader is NOW, and the best way to learn is to DO IT! That’s why we’re launching an authentic leadership simulation where high-school students have the opportunity to experience the roles of community leaders first-hand in their state capitol. Mix that in with engaging Biblical worldview discussions, faith-building worship, compelling chapel, a hearty dose of recreational activities, and lifelong relationships built throughout the week…and you’ve got a pretty good idea of what LEAD WI looks like!
