“So now the nation’s and our state’s largest abortion provider is preying on a different set of young people,” says Julaine Appling, WFA president, “While abortion is still the main money-maker for Planned Parenthood clinics, those clients are typically a ‘one and done’ situation. This current push for new clients should forever convince us that Planned Parenthood is not about the health nor the general welfare of those who walk through their doors.”

Dr. Charles Fain Lehman, a fellow at the Manhattan Institute, recently interviewed the study’s lead author, Dr. Sarah Coyne, to learn more about her findings. Dr. Coyne is a professor in the School of Family Life at Brigham Young University, where her research focuses on media, childhood and adolescence, body image, and family life.
