Wisconsin Family Action in cooperation with the pro-life organizations, Wisconsin Right to Life and Pro-Life Wisconsin announce a “Rally For Life” taking place Tuesday, January 12th from noon to 2 p.m. at the King Street Entrance to the Wisconsin State Capitol. The groups will be bringing to the public’s attention, as well as to the legislature’s attention, critical information about three pro-life bills that were introduced last year and have stalled in the legislative process.
Assembly Bill 310 and Senate Bill 237 redirects money from the Federal Title Ten grant program away from Planned Parenthood of Wisconsin.
And, Assembly Bill 311 and Senate Bill 238 prohibits family-planning organizations including Planned Parenthood of Wisconsin from overbilling the state for drugs it purchases and dispenses through a Medicaid program.
At 10am Tuesday, January 12th, pro life leaders and legislators will speak on these bills at the King Street Entrance to the State Capitol. This will be followed by a time for constituents to share their views on these bills with their legislators. The public is invited to attend.
