Pain Capable Unborn Child bill passes in WI Senate

This week the Wisconsin Senate voted to pass the Pain Capable Unborn Child Protection Act (SB179) after the bill’s passage was recommended by the Committee on Health and Human Services last week.  The bill now must be taken up by the full State Assembly for consideration before it can be signed into law.
