There are currently three bills in Wisconsin that
need your attention and a small amount of your time.

1. Assembly Bill 305 (companion Senate Bill 260): A bill that prohibits the use and sale of the body parts of aborted babies and provides a criminal penalty.
STATUS: Waiting to come before the full Assembly for a vote; none scheduled at this time.
2. Assembly Bill 310 (companion Senate Bill 237): Redirects about $3.5 million annually of taxpayer money away from Planned Parenthood of WI and towards family planning centers who are not involved with performing abortions.
STATUS: PASSED in the Assembly; heading to the Senate.
3. Assembly Bill 311 (companion Senate Bill 238): Bans family-planning centers such as Planned Parenthood from overbilling the state for drugs they dispense.
STATUS: Waiting to come before the full Assembly for a vote; none scheduled at this time.
