Joining Julaine for much of today’s program is Mr. Joseph Backholm, Executive Director of Family Policy Institute of Washington.  Joseph and Julaine discuss a regulation recently passed by Washington State’s Human Rights Commission mandating statewide that men who identify as women can use the women’s restrooms, locker rooms, etc., and vice versa. This ruling affects businesses, schools and any other places of “public accommodation.”  Joseph has produced a video on this matter, in which he interviews students at the University of Washington.
