Today Julaine gives important information about two bills that are being introduced in the Wisconsin legislature. The Heal Without Harm Initiative is a two-bill package designed to prohibit the trade and use of the body parts of aborted babies while also helping to promote an alternative, ethical source of fetal tissue for research, etc. The bills are currently being circulated for co-sponsoring.
