Duffy Affirms Commitment to Rights of Unborn

Washington D.C. – In his first act following his swearing-in for the 114th Congress, U.S. Representative Sean Duffy (WI-07) further affirmed his commitment to the rights of the unborn by co-sponsoring two pro-life bills, H.R. 36, the Pain Capable Unborn Child Protection Act and H.R. 217, the Title X Abortion Provider Prohibition Act:

“I have witnessed the miracle of life seven times. There is no feeling quite like the one you feel when you catch a glimpse of your child on that first sonogram. Babies are so hopeful, and yet, so helpless, relying on their mother for nourishment and care.

“We have a responsibility to care for all of the unborn and be the voice for the voiceless.”

Rep. Duffy will also once again host a pro-life open house in conjunction with the annual March for Life later this month. This year’s event will feature pro-life advocate Lila Rose. All residents and neighbors of Wisconsin’s 7th Congressional District who are attending the March for Life are welcome to stop by; event details are attached and below.
