ProtectMarriage.com, the organization heading the campaign to place the California Marriage Protection Amendment on the November 2008 ballot, has collected approximately 100,000 petition signatures; nearly 700,000 signatures are needed by April 1 to place the measure on the November ballot.
... Arizona's Marriage Protection Amendment passed a senate committee last week. With polls showing a 65% support for the amendment, amendment supporters are hopeful that the measure will pass the legislature so that it will be on the November ballot for voters to decide the definition of marriage in Arizona.

Last week Wisconsin Family Council released voter information for the upcoming April 1 non-partisan primary election and includes information on the two candidates running for the Wisconsin Supreme Court, incumbent Justice Louis Butler and challenger Judge Michael Gableman. It also includes an explanation of the referendum to limit the governor's veto power.
